Founded in 1988, Advanced Silicon Technology (AST) specializes in high performance full custom IC layout. Our experienced designers, combined with our automated layout generation tools, drastically reduce time to market and cost of layout. Our focus is on high density CMOS, BiCMOS and Bipolar integrated circuit layout.

We have worked with most major foundries including: TSMC, UMC, AMI, ASMC, XFAB, POLARFAB, JAZZ, ZARLINK, MOSIS, EUROPRACTICE and many others. Our layout methodology allows us to produce layout that can be easily adapted to different foundries.

We are located in Southern California, 15 miles south of Los Angeles.
